According to the General Communiqué no. 533 of the Tax Procedure Law published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2021, the revaluation rate which was determined as 36.20% for this year, was reduced for the Motor Vehicle Tax.

In accordance with the decision of the President No. 4892 published in the Official Gazette dated December 9, 2021 the revaluation rate to apply to Motor Vehicle Tax amounts was set at 25% with respect to 2022.

The decision will enter into force on 01.01.2022
